Terms and Conditions

Offer:

The offer is subject to availability at the time of acceptance by the guest.

Deposit:

As part of the binding booking by the guest, a deposit of the amount specified by us must be made to the specified account.

Cancellation policy:

• no later than 3 months before the agreed day of arrival - free of charge
• 3 months, and no later than 1 month, before the agreed date of arrival - 50% of the total rental price will not be refunded
• 1 month to 1 week before the agreed day of arrival - 80% of the total rental price will not be refunded
• in the last week - 90% of the total rental price will not be refunded

Payment:

Payment is in cash - no credit cards or similar means of payment accepted.

Arrival & Departure:

Arrival is from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, departure by 9.30 am.

No pets allowed!
